Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

When I hover over the tray icon, it says: 'Wired ethernet connection active: ath0', obviously this is wrong as my connection is wireless.

What version of Kubuntu are you running? I am running 7.04 with the latest updates and am unable to reproduce this bug. Please provide more information.

Sorry, Kubuntu 7.04 up to date, running KDE 3.5.7 and KNetworkManager 0.1.

I am using KNetworkManager v0.2 in Kubuntu Gutsy and this issue seems fixed. I have tested with both wireless and ethernet connection. Could you verify this in Gutsy? Please re-open if you still see the issue
