Missing Help File in Theme capplet

This is in Hoary, up-to-date as of 15 minutes before this was submitted.

From the top menu bar, select Desktop, then Preferences, then Theme. Click
"Help." You get the following window:

"Could Not Load Section
The section ‘goscustdesk-12’ does not exist in this document. If you were
directed to this section from a Help button in an application, please report
this to the maintainers of that application."

So I did.

according to the upstreams:
