on my 13.10 machine I've the following options avialble via the cog.:Log out... suspend Restart and shut down

When I click on restart from there
two large boxes appear restart and shut down but the shut down box is always the one preselected.

Trying to debug a bit on IRC, "gsettings get com.canonical. indicator. session suppress- logout- restart- shutdown" returns false, and from the screenshots the unity prompt are being used ... not sure why the item is not being hidden then :/
