Bug Description

Whenever I launch noise, system volume is automagically set to 100%. Sound server is PulseAudio, running on Arch Linux x86_64. Nothing out of the ordinary in the terminal output when running noise -d, it happens with 0.2.4 as well as latest bzr.

I can provide any other information if needed.

Uncommenting 'flat-volumes = no' in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf seems to fix this.
