r1529 broke build process

Getting the following errors since r1529:

This bug should already being fixed, noise library isn't related to Noise app, plugins links to libnoise-core.

Yes it is fixed. Sorry I didn't report back here earlier, this bug report had completely slipped my mind. Thx for the fix.
