Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately we can't fix it, because your description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

Also, please answer these questions:
* Is this crash reproducible?
* What are the versions of kopete and ubuntu you are using ?

Changed in kopete:
status: New → Incomplete

I'm sorry for the incomplete description of the problem.
Thank's for the link: it can helps me for the next bugs report.

I use Kubuntu Feisty Fawn with KDE 3.5.6 and Kopete 0.12.4
I don't think that this crash is reproducible because I only opened Kopete and changed the status in 'on line', but I don't used it (in fact I was surfing the web...) and I don't know because it crashes.

If this crash isn't reproducible, it would be difficult to solve it and to know what happened.

IMHO, the best thing to do would be to wait until somebody can confirm this bug.
