header installed as executable

Bug Description

I noticed that all header files are installed with 755 permissions on Linux, i.e., executable files. This should not be the case.

I guess one could formulate a meta issue here, "Add proper configure-build system to libadjoint". Right now, configuration and building happens through one Makefile which has all kinds of silly side effects (like the one described), plus you have to maintain a set Python scripts that pulls some configuration quirks. A proper configure system could help you out big time here.
