Bug Description
Currently plugins are loaded at startup or when a directory is added in the plugin manager. It would be useful to be able to add new plugins to an existing plugin dir from the plugin manager.

If you add a new plugin in an existing plugin directory to get the new plugin visible you can open the plugin manager and press the 'Ok' button. The new plugin will then be loaded you don't need to add a new directory for the current plugin directories to be scanned.
