Bug Description

After upgrading XCircuit to version 3.7.40.dfsg-1ubuntu1 (on Kubuntu 13.04 x64) its LaTeX mode stopped working.

I cannot produce .tex output file. Doesn't matter if first check Text->LaTeX mode and the write some LaTeX source, or select some string entered before and then check Text->LaTeX mode or any other combination, XCircuit never really marks edited text as LaTeX and thus never produces .tex file. Whole text put in drawing is placed in .eps file.

Apparently not only I have this bug, judging from the question posted on StackExchange: http://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/83001/xcircuit-working-in-latex-mode

In terminal XCircuit prints only deprecated user font config warning, seems unrelated.

I'll probably try tommorow to compile myself XCircuit from source to see if it's Ubuntu package's bug or problem with new version of XCircuit.
