mesa 7.0 package needs some cleaning up

The mesa 7.0.0-0ubuntu1 package:
- The changelog does not mention the remaining Ubuntu/Debian patches
- other changes, like Build-Depends, also not mentioned
- lots of new files in the diff.gz that are not in the upstream release. e.g. python files that are not used in any built package. They exist in upstream git, which may explain why they ended up here.

However, I looked at the Ubuntu delta, and there are files changed in the src tree:

looks like this is fixes as much as it's possible. The changed files are generated during the build.
