Bug Description

The following error occurred in a manual partitioning test of amd64+mac image of 20130923.2 on Mac mini 5.1
"Error informing the kernel about modifications to partition /dev/sda2 -Device or resource busy. This means Linux wont know about changes you made to /dev/sda2 until you reboot- so you shouldn't mount it or use it any way before rebooting."

Steps:
1. Start the installation
2. Go straight to 'Install Ubuntu' ( since live session installation is broken at them moment)
3. Select 'something else' in the Installation type menu to perform manual partitioning
4. Select Ext4 file system for /, /boot and /home partitions leaving adequate swap space
5. Click continue and the above errors will be reported

It could possibly be a duplicate of bug #1220165, and appears to be an ubiquity issue. But I am not 100% certain sure that it's not completely a kernel issue. Hence I would leave it as it is and to let the informed to make a decision on that.

I don't know of any previous images that do not have this issue. I have not been testing with the recent images lately.
