Gives Access Error on select/Search/view any Analytic Account Field in Version-7.0

In a Multi Company Environment. We are Unable to view any Analytic Accounts.

We have already given all rights related to Analytic Account. But whenever i try to view analytic Accounts in Accounts Section it gives error.

Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

It dosen't stops me to create analytic account.
i can create account but can't see that created account.

besides this wherever analytic_account_id is used search view of any Object(like sale,Timesheet Activities) , It gives same error and i can't search at that view.

This is a bug which stops me to view those records which are created by me.

Not A bug. It's a configuration problem. See with support.

I configured Properly .
Everything working good even Analytic Journal are accessible .
But unable to view Analytic Accounts
I configured all Record Rules, Access Rules,Groups.
