Bug Description

There Is No Disk in the Drive. Please Insert a Disk into Drive \Device\harddisk\Dr1.
This error message appears every time I open Inkscape. Didn't do before. Unknown Reasons for this to happen now. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium, 32bit.
