Bug Description
a native aarch64 bootstrap is currently broken, needing the attached patch. Apparently it is not seen for a cross build, when the c++ compiler isn't used as in stage2 for a native build.
The build goes further, but then fails in the compare step:
Comparing stages 2 and 3
warning: gcc/cc1-checksum.o differs
warning: gcc/cc1plus-
Bootstrap comparison failure!
gcc/haifa-sched.o differs
gcc/ira-lives.o differs
gcc/ira.o differs
