Bug Description
Currently the nicira plugin always asynchronously synchronizes operational status for resources, unless the user explicitly asks for the 'status' field in the request.
eg.: GET /v2.0/networks/
This mechanism is currently implemented for show operations only whereas it should be enabled for list operations as well.
