Bug Description
Synaptic and Mintupdate fail to download package changelogs of LinuxMint native packages, they also fail to download changelog from Launchpad PPA packages.
Synaptic only can get the changelogs of packages in the Ubuntu archive.
I think this is a bug that should be fixed, this would be desirable for many advanced users.
