won't download mpc orbital elements

Bug Description

It receives the comets from the mpc bookmark, but then when I click 'mark all' and then 'add objects' it does nothing.
I have tried on 0.12.1 & 0.12.3 using windows8 64x

MPC orbital elements won't receive with 0.13.0 - seems it related to odd work of network features in Qt5.

I'll have a look at this. It appears that there might be two problems, a) out-of-date links to the MPC, and b) Qt network problems.

This bug related to changes cache format between Qt4 and Qt5 (https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-34498)
