No indicator for dropbox

Running Saucy, I have nautilus-dropbox version 1.4.0-3 (and Dropbox v 2.2.13) installed. But there's no indicator icon in the top bar.

Edit: After weeks of dropbox indicator icon not working, suddenly it's back (as of 23rd September).

I just installed Saucy and nautilus-dropbox, but the Dropbox indicator is missing.

By the way, is the Dropbox indicator implemented by the proprietary Dropbox binary, or by nautilus-dropbox itself?

The former. nautilus-dropbox is just a downloader + wrapper + nautilus
integration.

I'm running Dropbox 1.6.0amd64 with binary dropbox-lnx.x86_64-2.4.0 and the indicator is missing still for me on a fresh Saucy install.

Seems a duplicate of Bug #1211066 to me.

See that bug for a workaround (basically install libappindicator1 package)
