Full message source is here: http://
Search for "From EnumSet documentation:". It starts with ">" sign even though original message source in my mailbox have no such sign in that place.

Lines which begin with "From " (i.e. the word From, capitalized and followed by a space) are message separators in various mailbox file formats. Thus, various mail programs will escape such lines in message bodies so they aren't mistaken as message separators. The most common method of escaping is preceding the line with '>' which is what was done here.
This is intentional by design and is not a bug.
