Bug Description
Hello!
Since 0.7.2 we've a newer configuration file, but there's a bug in it : if your sql password contains some special character, it wont' be saved correctly.
For example, if your password is '1234$abc' it will be saved as '1234' because the '$abc' isn't defined in php.
Also, for the field like the informative message, some admins could add double quotes in message (eg if he adds some html code inside it). With older conf.xml code, the html code was correctly saved and displayed ( '<' and '>' were correctly coded in the xml string).
