[Feature Request] Allow "never show this message again"

Currently every notification is saved in the recent notifications history. Some of those notifications are by nature not that important. E.g. I don't care if my laptop connected to some WiFi Network. I can see that it did.

If you would make it possible to somehow filter notifications, so only the really important ones are kept, that would be great. As a bonus notifications could only get remembered if they popped up while I was not at the computer. Not sure how to best detect that.
