[Ubuntu touch] cannot change Time & Date settings

Bug Description
When you swipe form the top to bring the indicators up, select the "Date and Time" tab, touch "Time & Date settings ...", nothing happens, I expect to be able to change time and date.
Also if you touch the "Clock" or the date items nothing happens either.
I expect to be able to change time and date.
