Bug Description

The page type doesn't work anymore since version 0.6.0.
It will have to be reconsidered, since we're now using Liquid, and can't(?) allow ERB in the entry contents anymore. Maybe, we could parse the contents with Liquid.

There are two things we can do: either remove the page type, or get it working with Liquid.

This bug slipped through both the 0.6.0 and 0.6.1 releases, something will have to be done about it for version 0.6.2.

For 0.6.2, the page type will simply be removed.

Fixed in trunk, by removing the message that the page type would support ERB (which it doesn't). Now the page type is mostly the same as the article type (it's the same in the admin panel, the theme could display it differently though).
