Bug Description
Now we have 'job-configs' field in both Job and JobExecution object. This field may contain 'configs', 'params' and 'args'.
On UI we need the following:
1. Need to help user to name hadoop-configs correctly
2. Ask user params or configs depending on job type. E.g if user runs Pig job he or she should have an ability to set params or args, for MapReduce it should not be allowed.
