Bug Description

API V1&V2 doesn't have mapper for action 'update_all' of snapshot-metadata , but action 'update_all' exist in both V1&V2 controller class.

So there should be a mapper for that.

    Added mapper for update_all on snapshot_metadata

    Snapshot metadata controller have action 'update_all'
    but API for this not exposed for both v1 & v2
