Quicklist has different truncation lengths

The Unity quicklist now shows the windows currently open. The name of the windows currently open is truncated to avoid extremely long window titles. However it seems that the currently active window title is not truncated while displayed in the Unity quicklist.

I have attached a screenshot to better illustrate the issue. In the screenshot you will notice the list of open windows is truncated properly while the active window title is too long wasting screen space.

Applications do not normally display the currently open document in that position of the quicklist. While it's definitely a legitimate bug that the application menu is not shortened correctly, what application is that in the attached image so we can verify the fix easily?

The application is MATLAB - Scientific Development IDE. I can try reproducing the bug using applications available by default in Ubuntu to make your life easier :)

@Stephen, I am afraid I could not find any other application which does this. It is also my best guess that MATLAB being based on JAVA does this in other OSes as well. So since it is a rare condition, you could lower the priority of this bug and let me confirm if the fix applied works or not.
