Build and install click apps not working

There are new dependencies which prevent this working:

1) SSH need to be enabled
2) I find I need to connect to the device once from the command line
3) it doesn't work on RO images as the ssh connection prompts for the user password (as far as I can tell running the script from command line)

The symptom is it just hangs with no further output in the messages window.

Testing with qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu 2.7.2bzr30saucy0 from the PPA
It may be simpler in the short term to rework the scripts to simply use adb.

Try with the version from ppa:ubuntu-sdk-team/ppa. Should be fixed. I will also reflash my device and recheck it.

The saucy archive version is now identical to the PPA contents as well, except for the version number bump in the PPA. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/saucy/+source/qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu/2.7.2-0ubuntu3 got in the release pocket 2 hours ago.
