Bug Description

The modules.list file lists the network module twice:

mvoelker@host:/tmp/grizzly-manifests$ grep -C 1 network manifests/modules.list
mysql
network
naginator
network
nova
mvoelker@host:/tmp/grizzly-manifests$

This is basically cosmetic as it doesn't prevent anything from getting installed (apt just figures out that you've asked for the same thing twice and only actually fetches it once), but should be fixed nonetheless.
