Please could you describe more what happened?
I understand that you booted on your Ubuntu disk, chose "Try Ubuntu", then installed Boot-Repair (in command line? via the Ubuntu Software Center ? ), and a small pop-up window appeared indicating that glade2script crashed. Am I correct ?

Or did the pop-up appear only when you tried to launch Boot-Repair ?

If you were using a terminal, what was the last command you typed before the po-up window appear?
