No remove button on speed dial

Bug Description
I can not remove speed dial entries. There is simply no X button to remove them, and a right click simply gives me actions to take on the URL.

Same here. I never remember being able to remove speed dial entries with JavaScript disabled (which is a problem that should be fixed), but now I can't remove them even with JavaScript.
