Bug Description

name: aMSN plugins

url: http://www.amsn-project.net/plugins.php

description: aMSN is full of features, but you can extend its functionality even more now, getting extra features by installing plugins. Plugins are simply that - they "plug in" to aMSN and give it extra features.

comments: Depends on aMSN, please advice to package independent plugins in different packages, like in gaim, or make one big collection package, like gaim-themes.

If i understand correctly, you said that there are plugins only to MacOS,
which means they wont work on debian (or not?). if so, i cant see any reason
why there should be a package amsn-plugins with no plugins in it :)

Hi!

(Just now that I am seeing that there were answers on my bug report)

You wrote:

Actually, there are plugins for all plataforms and specific plugins
for Mac OS X.
So the amsn-plugins package will include plugins available for every
plataform (including Linux). Mac OS X plugins won't be included.

A list of plugins is available here:
http://amsn.sourceforge.net/plugins.php

Thank you!

Best regards,
Nelson

The AMSN plugin SayIt depends on festival for speech synthesis. Some plugings might need their own package with appropriate dependencies.
