Bug Description
juju help scp provides:
usage: juju scp [options] <from> <to>
purpose: launch a scp command to copy files to/from remote machine(s)
options:
-e, --environment (= "")
juju environment to operate in
It would be clearer to say something like;
For copying to/from a unit use:
<unit_name>:<dir>
