Asian characters causes crash

Bug Description

OS: Win 7

I ran LRC and when it gets to the recent files section it crashes when it gets to this file:

C:\Users\AAS01\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Blank_Bar_BYPB.湰g꾨田꾨田厍尅�㛸Đ.lnk

and gives this Crash Report:

 The file in question with the asian characters is not visible even if change the \recent folder attributes to not hide files. I have even deleted the folder and LRC still finds this invisible file.

Any advise would be appreciated ?
