Bug Description

Even native Linux games (e.g Nexius) with normal settings are seeing this error. Currently I am using oibaf ppa, but I had this problem since ubuntu 13.04 fresh install. Starting from some versions of mesa (9.1) this error has been persistent. It also causes extreme heating.

While using this I switch to integrated graphics card using "pkexec aticonfig --px-igpu". I then restart X. This happens even if I uninstall catalyst (after which it switches from UXA to SNA) and the result is same.
