List only the required sub type for the selected segment type

On Horizon Cisco tab, sub type drop down lists all the types for all the segment type. if it lists the required options for the selected segment type, that will be useful for user and we wont run into any issues. For example if i select sub type as Vlan for VLAN segment type then my nsmgr crashes on VSM.

For VLAN : no need of sub type
For Overlay : Enhance and Native vxlan sub type is enough
For TRUNK : Only VLAN is enough for this release

I've updated the description section in the create network profile form to list what segment_types and sub_types to go with the specific segment_types are.
This is only an issue in our private grizzly branch. In Havana sub_type is a string type and so this won't be a bug there.

This is a grizzly only issue as previously stated. Not an issue in Havana. This will be a low priority bug.
