When clicking in a Multiline textarea, the cursor does not move to the place where I clicked

Bug Description

This is a followup to bug 1130469.

The cursor always shows up where it was before instead of moving to the mouse click.

Clicking inside a textarea still places the focus/cursor at the beginning of the text regardless of where the user clicked. (r7249)

We generally can't do cursor positioning by mouseclick in edit boxes. So, the cursor starts at its default position and can only be moved by keyboard navigation.
