Please sync piuparts (universe) from Debian Unstable (main)

Bug Description

Hello,

After have removed duplicated file from the diff.gz:

$ find . -type f -name "*~"
./debian/changelog~
./piuparts-adtserv.py~
./piuparts.py~

The debdiff is empty (except Maintainer update).

I suggest a sync.

Debian package is missing piuparts.py where ijw introduced Xen-based virtualisation support.
Merge is needed.
