Possibility to work with both dot and comma is missing

Bug Description
At the moment you can only work with amounts like "12.76€" not "12,76€". It would be good to have the possiblilty to work with both. Best would be a chance to change it, so you could also put in "12.000,23€" altrough this is not necessary.
Otherwise it should not be possible to type in commata.
