Bug Description
The callbacks that are connected to a tab when a tab is added to a notebook are not disconnected when the tab is removed from the notebook.
As long as the tab object is not reused, this is not a problem, but if a tab is moved from notebook A to notebook B, the old callbacks from notebook A are kept alongside the new callbacks connected by notebook B.
