Bug Description

i have a bug. i need to tell you about that. and i cant use apport or whatever, because it's an "Xubuntu 13.04 32 bit CD" Installation process bug.

it's about connecting to a wifi network during installation. i choose russian language for the installation on previous steps and the text field for the wi-fi network name (ssid) is unable to change it keyboard layout. so i was able to only type russian letters in this field. any key kombinations like (L,R)ctrl+shift,(L,R)alt+shift, shift+shift are not working there for changing a layout. so i continue installation process w/o wi-fi connection.

just check it and post a bug by yourself please. or ask me if you need some additional info.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1225368/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

searching for 'installation' didn't bring me any meaningful. look it's not a 'everyone can make ubuntu better' way. i just can't post a bug and i am a system administrator, not to mention ordinary people. your bugtracker sucks, sorry.
