How to set the "billing period"

Bug Description
It seems like the first gap has to be filled with the Start Day of the "Billing Period" (which does not always end with "th") and the second is for how long it lasts, but you cannot change the default data. The first gap shows the new entrie after saving and opening again through it is not displayed or changed on the "Details Tab". For the second gap it does not even accept another input.
