Bug Description

Please backport django-tastypie 0.9.15-1 (universe) from saucy to precise, quantal, raring.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Backporting django-tastypie would provide multiple different bug fixes, as well as better integration with django 1.5 (which isn't officially in the -backports, however still in use.
