Bug Description

Since a recent update of Pantheon Files, my bookmarks to network folders (SSH and SMB) are automatically deleted when the network folder is unmounted.

A quick search in the source repository led me to this revision:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~elementary-apps/pantheon-files/trunk/revision/1301

It seems that unmounting a network folder is notified as a "delete" action, which triggers a the removal of the corresponding bookmark.

This also happens when pantheon-files is running and the mounting and unmounting is done in nautilus

I have a little trick for this, install or open (already installed in elementary os luna) nautilus and add your bookmarks, then close and open phantheon files and voilà! the bookmarks shows!

The bookmarks to mounted locations are not deleted when the location is unmounted - they are just hidden. If the location is remounted, the bookmark reappears. This is because the bookmark cannot work unless the location is mounted. At the moment, bookmarks are unable to automatically remount the location.

Why should the bookmark be displayed when the network folder was unmounted ?

In the linked branch, bookmarks to SMB and FTP/SFPT servers that are mounted using Files and bookmarked are persistent after unmounting those locations. Clicking will automatically remount the location.

Note that locations on devices are also persistent but clicking them will not automatically remount the device - a 'folder does not exist' message will be displayed. The bookmark functions normally after manually mounting the device.
