Helmholtz tests failing

Bug Description

Two Helmholtz tests are failing with Intel build. The first looks like a results failure:

 http://buildbot.ese.ic.ac.uk:8080/builders/Helmholtz-anisotropic-vector-mms-p1p1cg-unstructured/builds/1/steps/shell_4/logs/stdio

The second looks like an ASCII gmsh issue:

 http://buildbot.ese.ic.ac.uk:8080/builders/Helmholtz-anisotropic-vector-mms-p1p1cg-structured/builds/1/steps/shell_5/logs/stdio

These are tests introduced by Jonathan Bull, who has now left - could someone with knowledge of this area take a look at the first one in particular please?
