0xRESETT is broken for some strings

Bug Description

In Revision 1509 of ~armagetronad-dev/armagetronad/0.4-armagetronad-work some strings have 0x000000 color code instead of 0xRESETT

Oh that. Yes, I've seen that error when I was meddling with the color codes in 0.2.9-sty+ct+ap client and server. I was actually trying to convert capital color codes to lower cased since only lower cased are registered as valid color codes.

Really was annoying since I had no clue where the issue was coming from. I did this and then that and finally all over again. It works now since I figured where the issue lay.

0.4 isn't 0.2.9 (+ap) so I don't know if that was helpful but it has something to do with the code in rFont.cpp for clients.
