a little bit more background... mir is currently 'detached' from what is on the device because we maintain our own headers in the mir tree (gralloc.h, fb.h and hwcomposer.h)

mir should depend on the headers in this package so that if they change, mir's build would break instead of failing later at linktime, when we try to run because the headers changed.

This would be best to go in before we switch the device images to android-4.4 based, just to make sure mir is in sync with the hal headers

affects: libhybris (Ubuntu) → android-headers (Ubuntu)

With latest libhybris the android-platform-headers was moved to android-headers (provided by a different src package), which includes everything you need, including a pkg-config file.
