Bug Description

Gnome 3.6
The first overlay after login always takes more than 3 seconds to show up, after pressing Meta key or activating from the hot corner. Sometimes the overlay just fails to show up, and instead, the gnome-shell will restart.
After this "warm up", overlay will act fluently.
