Installed into fonts:///

gedit don't display LATIN CAPITAL LETTER A
But save it.
If you change font in the options, you will see missing letter.

Firefox display good, SciTE same problem, Open Office - some troubles.

I found the solution.
Font developer comment:
"Only one font size will work, and this native font size is 16 pixels.
On a PC, 16 pixels is the exact equivalent of 12 points."
I've changed gedit font fize to 11.5 - works good.

The problem with the posted solution to this bug is that Fixedsys Excelsior really needs to be viewed at 12-point (its native bitmap resolution) to look good. It generally appears blurry at other sizes.

Attached is a copy of Fixedsys Excelsior 3.01 that I have modified slightly so that it can be used at 12-point under Linux. For Windows, the unmodified font from http://www.fixedsysexcelsior.com should still be used.
