Bug Description

libgdal1-dev should depend on libcurl-ssl-dev and not libcurl4-gnutls-dev that conflicts with libcurl4-openssl-dev.

might be more a bug with libdap which depends strictly on libcurl4-gnutls-dev

according to http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/libgdal-dev

`libgdal-dev` in trusty depends strictly on `libcurl4-gnutls-dev` while it should be `libcurl-dev`
