Bug Description

Tested with Nexus 4

Test case
- Use a fully powered phone.
- Check that the power indicator shows battery is fully charged.
- Connect the phone via USB

Expected result:
- The power indicator changes to connected mode and displays that the phone is fully charged.

Actual result:
- The power indicator shows low battery.

This may be a upower issue, haven't investigated beyond UI.

This is also true when plugged into the wall affects me as well, and I flashed to current this morning.
